"This is my first visit to the McDonald's section in Ramford and honestly I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the arrangement of the tables and honestly the employees are very elegant and even inside the kitchen I did not see anything wrong and everything was organized and elegant and I hope that all McDonald's branches in East London and all over London will be this elegant and organized and even the order that I requested was fresh and hot. Thanks to the employees and thanks to McDonald's for taking care of cleanliness and food"

"For a maccies, this branch surpassed my expectations immensely! The cleanliness of the recently renovated restaurant was very surprising and everyone remained a calm and peaceful atmosphere even during lunchtime rush hour. Staff very friendly and food arrived at a reasonable time after I placed my order. Only thing to note about the food was the chips were quite cold on arrival but the rest of the food was good. Recommend if you're in the area compared to other branches."

"We ordered via table service and unfortunately the order arrived missing a drink. On top of that, my double Big Tasty had a hair inside the burger, which was obviously disappointing. We spoke to Tracy at the front counter and she handled the situation really well. She apologised straight away, replaced the food quickly, and went above and beyond by bringing our little one a McFlurry as a goodwill gesture for being so well behaved. She even came back with colouring and crayons to keep him entertained. While the food issues shouldn’t have happened, Tracy’s customer service was excellent and made a big difference to the experience."

"This place has recently had a interior upgrade where they now provide a separate entrance for the delivery side of the business. This is a huge benefit to the walk in buying customers. Less crowd, less head aches and less arguments. One thing which I would sugg est to better the place, bring back the Despenser stand for sauces etc. Asking your waiter is not the answer to this."
